ITINERARY

South Coast waterfalls, glacier hike, and black sand beaches

Your adventure begins in Reykjavík as we head along Iceland’s stunning South Coast. Our first stops are two of the country’s most iconic waterfalls — Seljalandsfoss, where you can walk behind the cascade, and Skógafoss, a powerful wall of water steeped in local legend.

Next, we gear up for a guided glacier hike on Sólheimajökull, a rugged outlet glacier known for its striking crevasses and ice formations.

After the hike, we head to the dramatic black sand beach of Reynisfjara, with its basalt columns and roaring Atlantic waves. We stop for lunch in the coastal village of Vík before continuing east along the scenic coastline.

We finish the day with a relaxing evening at Hotel Glacier Lagoon, nestled between Vatnajökull National Park and the Atlantic Ocean.

Highlights
