1. Payment

Full payment for the tour must be received by the tour operator before the tourdate. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation policy

• If a customer cancels the tour more than 48 hours before the tour date, a full refund will be given.
• If a customer cancels the tour within 48 hours of the tour date, no refund will be given.
• If the tour operator needs to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

3. Weather conditions

The tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of the tour.

4. Liability

The tour operator is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property during the tour. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have adequate travel insurance.

5. Guide’s discretion

The tour guide has the final say in all matters concerning the tour and the safety of the customers. Customers must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

6. Respect for nature

Customers are expected to respect the natural environment and not to disturb or damage it in any way.

7. Pick-up and drop-off

The tour operator will arrange pick-up and drop-off from a designated location in Reykjavik. Customers must inform the tour operator of their accommodation details at least 24 hours before the tour date.

8. Photography

Customers are welcome to take photographs during the tour, but the use of drones is prohibited in some locations.

9. Children

Children must be accompanied by an adult and are the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

10. Disclaimer

The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary or make substitutions to the tour without prior notice.

11. Multi-day tours

For Multi-day tours a non refundable or partial non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking. The remaining amount must be paid within 14 days of departure.
